You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Learning accounts are for individual use only and cannot be shared.
Real estate investment involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before using our services.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not engage in any fraudulent activities, or behavior that violates applicable educational or real estate regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service, applicable laws, or our educational policies. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and educational materials.
Course fees are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content. After this period or if you have exceeded the content limit, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@propinvesttop.com with a detailed explanation of the reason for cancellation. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of PropInvestTop management and are final.
You may cancel your enrollment in any program within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to our refund policy conditions. To cancel, contact our support team with your cancellation request and account details.
All content, investment strategies, educational materials, and resources provided through our services are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
PropInvestTop shall not be liable for any investment losses, missed opportunities, or other financial damages resulting from the use of our services, market conditions, or technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
